I would like to welcome you to the world of Ken Barnes. Here you will find products and programmes that change lives and improves performance. On this website you will find two focus areas, iFactor which has a focus on inspiring adults to do and achieve more and The Seven Principles of RESPECTisms which has a focus on teaching the three R's to young people. 'Respect - Responsibility and Right & Wrong. I have many titles author, inspiring speaker and trainer to name few. I am also called 'The Hope Dealer'. This title came from a press article that dubbed me as a purveyor of hope to many people, young and old that I come into contact with, through my daily activities. I am also a government advisor on raising the aspirations and attainment of young people. I have a real passion for writing, it allows me to express my inner thoughts and feelings while achieving one of my most meaningful life purposes - changing people lives. My first book was The Seven Principles of RESPECTisms for Teenagers (2007). With a focus on adults, I wrote The iFactor (2008). The following year I turned my attention back to the younger generation and wrote a set of seven books 'RESPECTisms For Kidz (2009)'. The RESPECTisms series of books have been a real success. My first iFactor book was so warmly received by all who read it that I was inspired to write the second in the iFactor series: ‘iFactor For Women’. I have been honoured with a number of accolades and awards for my work which include;

I believe that every child has a genius quality hidden within, and that with effective nurturing through mentoring, he or she can develop his or her true potential. I and my team are proud to have worked in partnership with a number of schools, colleges and youth organisations in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Nottingham, raising attainment and improving student morale wherever he has conducted a programme.
